How to Enter
To be eligible to win the fully furnished apartment at the Reid Lifestyle Estate, valued at R1 million from Balwin Properties you need to follow these easy steps below. The winner of the competition will have full ownership of the property, and the prize includes the first year's levies. The winner can either take up residence or they may rent out the apartment.
- Enter and Participate in any of the distance in any of the races in the Balwin Sport Marathon Series (Jeppe, Peninsula, Pretoria or Dolphin Coast Races)
- Visit any of the Balwin Properties Estates that are on show from the developer in JHB, CPT, PTA or KZN. View all developments.
- The more developments you visit the more entries you get – 1 Entry per Visit (Entries are multiplied by the number of races you participate in)

Four iconic races
Four iconic races in each region within which we develop have been included in the Series: the Jeppe Marathon, the Peninsula Marathon, the Pretoria Marathon, and the Dolphin Coast Marathon. These are all clubs with an extensive history, well-run comrades and races, and good athlete development programs.
We have brought on many strategic partners to add value to the clubs and the runners experience, including 32Gi, 5FM, aQuelle, Asics, Biddulphs, City Lodge, Garmin, Laundramax, Medi Response, Midea and Subaru, with various other partners in various categories.
The Balwin Sport Marathon Series offers the most value of any race on the continent, with runners benefitting from up to R3,000 in value for their entry fee’s with various added value items included in their entry, plus the opportunity to win a fully furnished apartment from Balwin Properties by participating and visiting the available developments.
